Anadel Alberti


Anadel is originally from the Dominican Republic. She started practicing yoga by the age of 21 when she first moved to Miami. Her practice was on and off until 7 years later that her life took a drastic turn hitting rock bottom. She found strength to move on with the help of her family, close friends, God and Yoga. In the year 2012, she decided to pack up her bags and go to a Yoga retreat with a very good friend of hers in the magical city of Sedona, AZ. That trip changed her life. She has since been constantly practicing yoga falling more and more in love with it every day. Her mission is to guide others in their pursuit of happiness. Reminding them to always LAF (love themselves, accept themselves and forgive themselves). To encourage people to take time for themselves, to connect with their mind, body & spirit, while striving for inner peace.

She also holds a Masters in International Business from the University of Miami and a Double Major in Marketing Communications and International Business from Manhattanville College, NY.

Hatha Power Yoga
Hatha Power Yoga is a combination of Hatha and Power Yoga poses.  The poses focus on Strength and Flexibility. The classes are based on the classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga.  The benefit of Power is the more fitness oriented part of yoga for a more challenging a deeper class.
All levels of yogis are welcomed!
Kids Yoga
Through yoga play, children can improve their focus and concentration, relax their bodies and minds, develop self awareness, increase strength and flexibility, and boost confidence.
