ABS & CORE AIREAL

Core Aerial class is designed to work your major core muscles with emphasis on your back, abdominals and glutes using a hammock as a prop. The class teaches students the lumbo-pelvic stability and proper alignment for maximized body shaping and to prevent future injury. This class can be modified for beginners and it is not appropriate during pregnancy.

Abs N Glutes class is designed to tone and sculpt your abdominals, glutes and legs so you can achieve a lean, balanced body. The class is a combination of barre, fitness, pilates and yoga using a hammock as a prop for stability and to challenge your muscles. Try a combination of Pilates and AIReal Yoga™! AIReal Yoga™ is the first and ONLY form of Aerial Yoga accredited by the Yoga Alliance. Candlelight AIReal Yoga

Candlelight Aireal Yoga is a relaxing and inviting atmosphere using the hammock as a tool to allow you to stretch deeper into your yoga practice. Allowing yourself to release tension accumulated in your body. Using the hammock to support you and to allow you to move more freely. You’ll end with a relaxing meditative Savasana in the Hammock.


Chakra Psychology 101

The state of our chakras reflects the patterns and development of our consciousness and also affects our physical health. In this course, participants are introduced to the issues in our lives that are related to our chakras, and are taught how to balance these wheels of light in order to master many of our challenges.


Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation

FLY HIGH, DEFY GRAVITY & HAVE FUN.  Decompress the Spine. The belt is placed on the body in particular spots which brings the spine to its natural curves, create the best alignment.  It creates STRENGTH!   Inverting assists the body to function more effectively and benefits every nervous system.
