Devon ParrottoIn her classes, Devon tries to open a space to share a creative and loving energy in every movement. Her classes are a mix of Vinyasa and Ashtanga having a 500 hour RYA certification in Vinyasa Yoga and a 200 hour RYA certification in an Ashtanga Intensive Training. Sharing her love of Ashtanga and Vinyasa together can help students express themselves in a way that is powerful and nurturing for the body. You will find a balance of strength and silliness in every class. She likes to let students find themselves dancing through every movement with grace and strength.




In this one hour class, we will practice asana and pranayama yoga poses, meditation and mantras to promote wellness, explore alignment and relaxation techniques. The class is geared towards building strength and flexibility for all levels, those curious about yoga and those looking to renew their practice.
