Jacqueline (Jai Gopal) Schreibmaier started practicing yoga over 20 years ago after a series of sport injuries to her back and neck. Under her physician’s recommendation, she took her first yoga class, and then she realized how much her body, mind and spirit needed it. Then 8 years ago, she also discovered Kundalini yoga through which she experienced amazing energy transformation.
“I am now more aware of my body, the home of my soul. I take better care of myself. I appreciate life and live more in the moment. I am so grateful for the transformation that I am experiencing, that I always look forward to share this science of yoga.”
After earning her teacher’s certification, Jacqueline has become passionate about teaching while continuing to deepen her practice and understanding of Kundalini yoga. She thought and still teaches in many reputable yoga studios in Miami.
Jacqueline also completed her training for the Radiant Child program, teaching children the gift of yoga
Kundalini Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul.
In Kundalini Yoga, we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body, and organizes these energies to bring you awareness. Each set of exercise (kriya) is specific . We precisely and consciously combines postures (asanas), breath (pranayama), mudra, meditation and mantra to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. Kundalini Yoga brings balance to the body, mind, and soul; it goes right to your heart.
Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times. If you can breathe and you can move, Kundalini Yoga is for you.
