A new resident to the sunshine state of Florida, Jennifer Guini began her yoga journey in 2014 as a 200-hour teacher from New Jersey/New York tri-state area. Originally from Caracas Venezuela, Jennifer received her certification from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She studied with a wide variety of world renowned teachers ranging from different traditions extending from Astanga yoga, Hata yoga, Vinyasa yoga,and Iyengar yoga.
I truly believe that through the practice of yoga anyone can feel more balanced and improve their state of being , physically and emotionally in life.
