Jacqueline (Jai Gopal) started practicing yoga over 20 years ago after a series of sport injuries to her back and neck. Under her physician’s recommendation, she took her first yoga class, and then she realized how much her body, mind and spirit needed it. Then 8 years ago, she also discovered Kundalini yoga through which she experienced amazing energy transformation.

We precisely and consciously combines postures (asanas), breath (pranayama), mudra, meditation and mantra to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. Kundalini Yoga brings balance to the body, mind, and soul; it goes right to your heart. Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses.
