All of these tools are used in specifically designed ways through Kriyas (exercise sequences) to help us not only develop muscle strength and flexibility but most importantly to develop a strong immune system, nervous system and properly balanced glandular and lymphatic systems. Workshops: Gong Immersion
Be immersed in the Sacred Sound of the Gong for an experience of deeprelaxation and rejuvenation. A Gong Immersion is a deep experience that tunes the physical body, mind and Spirit to the highest possible
resonance. As the Sacred Sound of the Gong moves through us, it balances the nervous system, clearing and recharging our entire energy system. This workshop includes some light yoga, meditation or breathing exercises to prepare the body for deep relaxation. The best way to enjoy a Gong Immersion is to wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, and have a mat,blanket and pillows so you can be comfortable and relaxed as possible during the long relaxation.
